Shipping and Exchanges
Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. A tracking code will be emailed to you as soon as the shipment is on its way. All packages are sent in 100% Recycled Poly Mailers from Eco Enclose.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may exchange it within 15 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, send the request within 5 days of receiving the item (date based on shipment tracking) and return it within 10 days of communicating with us. Unless the order arrives damaged, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you email confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and shipped, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
